3.1. The Company Health and Safety Policy has been approved by the Board of Directors.
3.2. It is the policy of Electrical Offshore that its operations are executed at all times in such a way as to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all its employees and all persons likely to be affected by its operations, including the public, where appropriate.
3.3. The policy is a direct concern of all employees. Legal responsibility for the health and safety of employees and others who may be affected by our activities lies with Electrical Offshore and its Employees.
3.4. Concern for health and safety ranks equally with other management responsibilities and business objectives, and is seen to be an indication of effective working which can contribute to successful business performance.
3.5. The Chief Executive has overall responsibility for formulation of the Safety, Health and Environment Management System, and its implementation and development.
3.6. The Health and Safety Policy will be updated as required to meet new legislation or business or business developments.
3.7. The policy will be brought to the attention of all employees who are expected to co-operate with the execution and implementation of the policy.
3.8. An Annual Review of health and safety performance will be conducted and all areas of concern addressed .
