
1.1 The Company Environmental Policy
has been approved by the Board of Directors.
1.2 Electrical Offshore recognises that its operations
can have an impact on the environment and is committed to
minimising such environmental impacts by a planned and carefully
co-ordinated management system.
1.3 Concern for the Environment ranks equally with
other manage responsibilities and business objectives, and
is seen to be an indication of effective working.
1.4 Legal responsibility for environmental matters
lies with Electrical Offshore Services Ltd and its employees. Operational
responsibility for the environment lies with both the management
and employees.
1.5 The Chief Executive has overall responsibility
for formulation of the Safety, Health and Environment Management
System, and its implementation and development.
1.6 The Environmental Policy will be updated as often
as is necessary to meet new legislation or business or business
developments.
1.7 The policy will be brought to the attention of
all employees who are expected to co-operate with the implementation
of the policy.
1.8 Annually a review of Environmental performance
will be conducted and addressed.
