
5.1 The Company Environmental Policy has been approved by the Board of Directors.
5.2 Electrical Offshore recognises that its operations can have an impact on the environment and is committed to minimising any possible adverse environmental impacts by a planned and carefully co-ordinated management system.
5.3 Concern for the Environment ranks equally with other management responsibilities and business objectives, and is seen to be an indication of effective working.
5.4 Legal responsibility for environmental matters lies with Electrical Offshore Services Ltd and its employees. Operational responsibility for the environment lies with both the management and employees.
5.5 The Chief Executive has overall responsibility for formulation of the Safety, Health and Environment Management System, and its implementation and development.
5.6 The Environmental Policy is an active policy, which is continuously reviewed to ensure it satisfies current legislation and can comply with future legislation.
5.7 All employees of Electrical Offshore Services Ltd are committed to our Environment Policy with continuous measuring to ensure compliance.
5.8 Annually a review of Environmental performance will be carried out and any concerns addressed.
